Terms of service
This agreement applies between you as a user of the website and Fjellpoter (Team Lewis), the owners of the website. By using the website for the first time, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions. Booking
When we have received your request, we will send you an invoice (unless otherwise agreed). Once the invoice is paid, the activity/tour is confirmed and reserved. The person making the booking is responsible for any unpaid invoices related to the booked activities/tours.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent by email in accordance with industry practice in the Norwegian travel industry.
Fjellpoter will charge the following cancellation fees:
- Cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount, or you can reschedule it to another day if it fits and is possible for us within the same winter season.
- Less than 3 days before the arrival date: No refund.
- No-shows will be charged the full activity amount, and payments will not be refunded.
- No refund will be given if the customer does not participate in parts of the activity.
- Any tour canceled or interrupted by the customer or due to the customer's actions will not be refunded.
Therefore, we recommend obtaining travel insurance in case you fall under any of these situations.
In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to cancel gift card purchases within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the form and send it to us for a full refund.
Fjellpoter (Team Lewis) reserves the right to cancel or change any activity if we deem it necessary. If extremely bad weather or other unforeseen events outside of our control lead to a short-notice cancellation of a tour, payments will be fully refunded.
Travel Insurance
Participants must arrange for travel and accident insurance from a reputable provider in their home country before traveling to Norway. This must cover cancellations, luggage, and extensive medical needs. It should also include emergency evacuation to cover all costs associated with medical evacuation if needed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to assess their physical and mental condition before the activity, and we recommend contacting us if there is any uncertainty. Fjellpoter may deny participation in activities if necessary for the safe execution of the activity.
